- 2 Dave’s Killer Bread Everything Bagels
- 2 Just Egg Folded Patties
- 4 Violife Cheddar Slices
- 4 Slices of Hooray Bacon
- Follow your Heart Avocado Oil Mayo
- Oil for Cooking
Cook the egg. Heat some oil in a large non-stick pan* over medium heat. Once the pan is fully heated, add both of your “Just Egg” patties. Cook for 5 minutes flipping them halfway through. Set your Just Egg patties on a side plate, add 2 slices of your vegan cheese on top, and cover.
Cook the bacon. Place 5 strips of your Hooray bacon in your large non-stick pan. The bacon cooks quickly so flip it after 30 seconds and set it aside with your eggs.
Toast your bagels. Slice and then toast both sides of your everything bagel in the non-stick pan. Once toasted to your liking turn off your burner and let’s assemble
Assemble. Let’s add our Avocado oil mayo to both sides of our bagel. Just Egg patty with cheese on the bottom, cut our 2 slices of bacon in half, and layer on top. Lastly, Add the top bagel to your sandwich cut it in half, and enjoy!!!!! If you are a ketchup lover add it to your sandwich!
If you want to elevate this sandwich you can buy beyond breakfast patties to add. You would cook according to the box, cut the sausage patty in half horizontally and add right on top of your bacon.
You can substitute the everything bagel for a plain bagel, gluten-free bagel, or an English muffin.
You can enjoy this Vegan Breakfast Sandwich on its own or accompanied with a hash.
